America's Voting System is Corrupted
The susceptibility of our voting systems have been a topic of concern for a long time. This is an issue that has been raised by politicians and citizens on both sides of the aisle. It is a topic of grave concern for the continuation of the freedoms that we are privileged to enjoy in this wonderful country.
Hammer and Scorecard
Hammer was developed by Dennis Montgomery, an NSA/CIA Contractor-turned whistleblower, after the 9/11 attacks, as a foreign surveillance system. Montgomery created a prismatic scoring algorithm application for the Hammer called Scorecard. It is designed to tamper with the computers, at any of their transfer points, say from local to state.
